A specially formulated PVC resin is extruded into a low-permeability membrane sheet. A T-rib usually comes with the extrusion, so the membrane can be cast into concrete to provide surface protection against corrosion. A special internal lining system is available to refurbish or retrofit a deteriorated concrete tank and fluid containment.
